Donate Blood This Winter!
Winter months are especially hard for the American Red Cross. Currently we are not meeting the needs of area hospital patients. As weather outside gets colder, and the threat of impending weather intensifies, it will only become harder to keep the blood supply at safe levels. If ever there was a time to donate blood, that time is now.

ADULT BASKETBALL

The North Hanover Township Recreation Program is pleased to announce Adult Basketball. This night is for you...the parent....to get out there and have some time to yourself. The program will run on Tuesday nights from 8:30PM - 9:30PM at the Upper Elementary School (UES) Gym. The program runs through the winter ending March 27th.

2012 TAX SALE

The 2012 Tax Sale for 2011 delinquencies will be held on October 19, 2012 at 10:30 am. The sale will take place in the municipal court room located at 41 Schoolhouse Road. The list will be posted at a later date.

New Brush, Leaf, & Christmas Tree Drop-Off Location

All residents are now required to bring their brush, leaves & Christmas trees to Herman’s Landscaping Supply located at 181 Jacobstown-Cookstown Road. Their phone number is 609-758-3808. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Residents are required to hold an annual waste permit sticker to drop brush & leaves off at this new location. Flyers to this effect will be distributed at the Meany Road Waste Facility and copies will be available at Town Hall for pick-up.
